I am 16 and this guy is 13. We live in 2 different states. I like him as a friend and nothing more. He had a girlfriend up until last week. Yesterday, he called me and told me that they broke up. The way he was talking about it, it sounded like he was trying to ask me out. He keeps calling me. Do you think that he is just missing his ex or does it sound like he wants to ask me out?

He keeps asking when I am going to come and see him. If I have a boyfriend yet. That kind of thing.

I think you should ask yourself that do you like him as a boyfriend or just friend. If you like him to be a boyfriend, then you go ahead to have a date with him since you both are single. If you just want to be a friend ONLY, just tell him the truth and let him understand the situation and won't thing wrongly.
So, understand yourself and do the right thing earlier

Hmmm. Sounds like he likes you. Maybe rebound but what difference does it make. You do not live near him and he is 13. You are 16 so maybe you don't really care about the maturity thing but girl you need to just be this guys friend. You say you don't even like him anyway. So what is your question.

IF YOU ARE NOT INTERESED IN HIM THEN YOU NEED TO
BE HONEST WITH HIM AND LET HIM KNOW HOW YOU FEEL
THAT YOU LIKE HIM BUT AS A FRIEND. NOTHING ELSE.
