WELL, I don't think it just a man thing, I think it's a people thing. Some people can't be honest about their feelings, wants and needs. That's why relationships get f*****up. If no body is telling what they really think, and doing what they say they are or will do, then nobody knows what is really going on and most likely nothing is being done anyway!! When you speak with forked tongue you decieve yourself and the other person. Usually one does this to gain some advantage and to manipulate another to their agenda. I have seen women do it and I have seen men do it. I for one would not have such people in my life because I am confused enough by what is going on in this world!! I usually go by what a person says and watch what they do because what they do reveals their true agenda. There are always "red flags" if you are able to stand back and observe. As you've heard before, words are cheap. As a woman, I am truthful and do not say one thing and do another because my agenda is to be in honest relationship with others who do not do that. When a man does this to me, he is not trustworthy and I am not a mind reader. I can't guess what he wants. And, I am not going to do the one thing most men want, have s**! I really don't have the energy to deal with such behavior anyway and find honest, emotionally available men much more attractive. I also think that this behavior is immature and irresponsible. It can hurt others. I have met men who tell me they are going to do certain things and I just wait to see what they will end up doing and when nothing happens and they still think I am going to believe them and stay hooked, I simply disengage from them and am conveniently busy with other things and people who are true to their word. It's important to grow into integrity and to not accept people's words and behavior that is "forked tongued"! Being streight forward is a gift.

Let me give you an example of what this person is talking about. Monday... You are such a kind and sweet person, I don't know what i would do without you. Wednesday. I don't know what i would do if we ever stopped talking. You are such a good housewifey and take such good care of me. Thursday, I sure miss you when we are apart. FRIDAYYYYYY, I get a call saying not to bring this dog he is going to adopt from me over, cuz he is going to be busy with his other girlfriend all weekend. He says he will call me back at 3pm, but never heard from him again. Saturday he sneaks away from her, calls me, says I miss you, and will come pick up his dog on Sunday after she leaves.... MEN ARE VERYYYYYYYYYY CONFUSED AS TO WHAT THEY WANT AND WHAT THEY SAY IN MY OPINION IS RARELY THE OUT COME OF THERE ACTIONS. SMDH!!!!!!!
