First of all your statement is not true, the doctrine is "if a woman is blamed to have committed adultry (raped, indulged in sexual activity with consent or without consent, performed an act of sexual intercourse with some one she was not married to), this blame has to be testified by at least 4 witnesses, if it is not proven, she can NOT be stoned to death"

There are misconceptions about Islamic Laws in many minds, who do not read but blindely accept what ever propaganda is being done by the media.

In Islam, there are 2 types of laws: -
(1) Hadd (The punishment described in Quran), and
(2) Tazeer (The punishment is to be given as per court's decision).

Now if a couple commits adultry, the Hadd or the Quranic punishment is that if they are married and commit adultry with any one not their husband or wife, they should be stoned to death, if they are unmarried, they will be whipped. Since these are severe punishments, so to try some one under hadd, you need to produce these 4 witnesses otherwise, no hadd will be applicable and they will be tried under Penal code, not under hadd.

Islam is the religion that has the best values for mankind. Islam gives you the leaverage that if the crime was not so openly done where you were doing it in the presence of 4 people, you dont get stonned but there is a lighter punishment (under penal code).

The law is applicable for both man and woman equally and if the one who blamed a woman of committing adultry could not produce those 4 witnesses, he will be tried under Hadd and be punished for falsehood and regrading the honor of a lady.

I am a Muslim and I think that this is absolutely ridiculous and barbaric. You and anyone else who thinks this do not know the real Islam. The Muslims in this world are doing a great job at breaking down what is supposed to be a peaceful and compassionate religion and I think it is disgusting!! Use your head for goodness sake! No woman is supposed to be stoned to death no matter what!! In Islam, compassion overides such punishments. They were mentioned as deterrents, not to be used and abused. You shouldn't even stone a killer to death. There should be no torture or humiliation under any circumstances. How you treat others says more about who you are than it does about the other person. Use the heart and brain that God gave you and stop being brainwashed by this ridculous interpretation. Four witnesses should be produced witnessing the woman or man committing adultery. The chances of this happening is next to nothing. Therefore, any thinking human will know that this was God's way of saying that no one should assume that adultery was committed and that no one should take it upon themselves to punish the act, especially in such a heinous way. One of the beautiful things about Islam is its protection of women. Unfortunately, throughout the years, the men in Islam have made sure to manipulate the Quran and the religion to degrade women, make themselves higher and claim that they are doing it all to protect society. That's bull!! If each and every one of you who thinks like this were wiped off the face of the earth this world would be a much better place.

It doesn't matter. They will put her to death anyway. Recently, the iranians hung a poor mentally ill girl who had been raped repeatedly by iranian soldiers. Her last act was to scream out Repentence, repentence, repentence over and over again. Under Islam law, someone condemned to death who does this and shows sorrow for their crime is supposed to be spared death. They ignored the law and killed her anyway. Note that she had been arrested several times before after she had been raped (the men raping her probably had her arrested). Each time, she was given 100 lashes.

Sharia is not a legitimate system of law anymore than Islam is a legitimate religion. Both are about nothing except murder, rape, torture and all manner of evil, depraved behavior. This is perfectly, crystal clear both from studying Islamic texts (they read like Mein Kampf) and by watching what muslims do in the world.

Of course, they don't do these things here because we would round their asses up damn quick if they tried. But, just look at ANY country where Islam rules and you see the same behaviors. Further, look at countries like France where the rule of law is breaking down.....muslims rioting, dousing defenseless women in gasoline and setting them on fire.....gang rapes everywhere. Same thing in Sweden, Australia, Belgium, parts of Germany.

amen to that baby...if the 4 male were present then they were definitely participants to the rape. And since they were there, then they wouldn't own up to it. So the poor girl will be stoned anyway. Yet another reason I'm glad I'm not a muslim.
