Ahh the fly aways! I have the same length you do. I take a finishing balm (at walmart) or finishing cream and put a little on by rubbing n your palms really hard so it melts.

its not that your hair is like totally dry all the time or anything its just that when you straighten your hair all the moisture is sucked out and your hair gets totally fried. i have that problem too. be fore you straighten your hair (yea it might take a little longer than usual but its better) have wet hair and apply some fashionista spray- by bedhead you can buy it in some salons and stores and it protects your hair from the heat- blow dry it smoothly then straighten. once you've straightened ur hair smooth in some sleek and shine-by brilliant brunette (u look like you have brown hair) it'll smooth out and tame all those little flyaways and make your hair shine with a natural shine. then spray to hold your fabulous hair in place- i suggest a light mist so that ur hair moves naturally and you aren't a helmet head!!!

Looks like you got some split ends and your hair may be a little dry.
Here's how to fix all that:
1. Get your hair cut shorter and trimmed that will get rid of most of the split ends.
2. Try taking some hair vitamins it will help with your hair health, your hair will look smoother and softer and it will grow out faster and thicker.
You can get some good cheap all natural hair vitamins here: http://www.hairstimulator.net/
3. Switch shampoos, dont use a shampoo with lots of junk it in. Use an all natural shampoo, something with aloe vera in it preferably.
4. Put it in a pony tail, tie it up, or whatever you like doing with it, but don't use any chemicals, irons, or hair dryers.

If you have little pieces of hair stick out sometimes dint worry cause it happens to everyone. What you can try to do is bye some hairspray for frizzy hair do about 3 sprays all around your head & then brush it a few times. If that doesn't work then try blow drying your hair where all the hairs are sticking up.

your hair looks nice. you should buy some moisture gloss and put it on before you dry it. you can also use a bit of moose. or something that is antifrizz. any product before you dry it. also, this is a good trick, take a bounce sheet (used in the dryer for you clothing as an anti static) and rub it on your hair after you dried it. this is a very good tip and it works. it looks nice and shiny with no popups.

All that is not using the correct hair serum after shampoo, conditioner, but before drying. Use dime size or less of pantene frizz control (I think that's what it is called) while hair is wet, then proceed with your routine

What I do with my hair is take a shower before bed and when you get out put leave in conditioner in and put a bunch of pony tale things in your hair so its like one after another and sleep with it in. Then the next morning brush it out and it should work!

After you straighten, put some frizz-ease on it, or some sort of Anti-Frizz gel/oil/gloss
