I'm not sure but someone had told me once it was around $15,000 to $24,000 a year depending on where you live and the facility itself.

I'm the director of a daycare. We make $40,000 a year with full capacity. Are you thinking of a child care center? The directors of centers make more money because centers can have up to 60 children, unlike daycares that can only have up to 10 children, depending on what state you like in. Now, if you get into a specialied child care center, like Montessori, they make the most money because the schooling is specialized. I hope this helps you.

Depends if non-profit or not.

Directors themselves between 20-30,000 a year.

As a Teacher, I was making $6.75 an hour at the non-profit pre school. I would not get any raise's or anything no matter if I had a M.A or little educational training. So, the pay sucks on a lot of it all.

I am looking into a different child development career choice with special needs physical therapy. I can make roughly 40 to 70,000 a year eventually on that.
