First where do you live, this sounds like SAD a disease cause by lack of exposure to very bright light for part of the day.
So if you are in a sunny warm location spend a few hours every morning out in the sun and see if your mood improves.
Get some exercise while you are out in the sun and try to determine if your diet might be causing you problems as well.
Have your blood sugar levels tested and also perhaps an allergy to food panel done.
If none of these seem to be the problem see a doctor for blood work on the mood controlling chemicals your brain should make.
It may not be making enough of something or it may be making too much of something.

search for 'personality disorder test' online and take a quick test to find out what areas you may be struggling in. take a few tests to get different view points. this is not a professional answer, but it may lead you to research these topics and find some books that can help you. you may be suffereing from low self esteem and your insecurities will fuel lies and push away other people. counseling and talking to someone about this is the best way to go. i have been through something that sounds almost identical to you. i was smoking too much pot at the time but if you aren't doing that, then i still suggest you talk to a counselor.

you are not alone, there are people who care about you and want to help you. The people you love dearly more than likely love you and want to help the pain stop.
If you have a health care provider, doctor, nurse, etc...make an appointment with them as soon as you can. This may not be "in your head" but something going on in your body. Once your provider checks you out, he or she may recommend you make an appointment with someone to talk with about this.
If you have faith in God, pray. He will help you.

I am no psychologist.... but I do have experience with this from family members. It sounds a lot like clinical depression, which, believe it or not, is relatively easily treated in most cases.
I would run... not walk... run to see a good psychiatrist.
Good luck!

Go to church that might help. Go find a family memeber and tell them your problems. Release all your insecurites pain all that. Or if its really serious you could see a therapist.
