ok so this guy asked me out yesturday and i told him that i liked him but i wasnt really good with relationships. then he asks me if i wanna hang out. i dont know if he thinks we're going out or not and i do wanna hang out with him but more as friends. and i dont want to give him the wrong impression because even though i like him i rather not have a relationship right now. i know i should probably just tell him that i rather be friends for a while at least but ive told him this before and i feel weird saying it again. anybody have any ideas on what i should do because i am beyond confused right now.

Go hang out with him...and when ya'll are kinda just chillin' out be like:
"You know were hanging out as friends right? Because I don't want to give you the wrong impression. I really like you and all, it's just i'm not quite ready to have a relationship with anyone, but i deffently would like to get to know you more, because in the future...who know's...we might be something more"....
He'll totally understand you and give you the space you need...but he'll just want to be friends with you as long as you say. And if he's willing to do that, then he's a good guy and you shouldn't pass up that relationship...trust me!!

I think that you should hang out with him and let things go to see how you feel. It sounds like you have been hurt and that you are just scared. You have told him how you feel and you should be honest and tell him again. But you need to really figure out why you are afraid. You may miss out on a great relationship if you don't.

there is nothing wrong w/ verifing where you stand. make sure you let him know that you just want to hang out as friends because guys never get what we say and think that we might mean somthing else. you will realize that you have to always tell them stuff in black and white.

Just let him know that your not ready for an realationship and hopefully he'll understand and if he does't treat you the same way after you've told him then he really did'nt want to be with you and he did'nt want to wait most guys should understand but i really don't know the guy

Tell him what you just told us. Honesty is the best policy in this case.Tell him he is a nice guy but you just want a friendship because you are not ready for something else. He will appreciate your honesty
