Here is a link to the download page on Epson.com to download the correct driver for the C41UX printer:
http://www.epson.com.sg/epson/drivers/driver_download.htm?dc=1&mode=3&m=false&catid=1&pid=771
Just select the dirver for the operating system you have, and it will download in .zip format. Unzip the folder, then in the unzipped folder, double click on the "SETUP" folder and then double click "setup.exe". Simply follow the promts and that should do it!

No, it won't recognise the driver or the printer. You can download the correct driver on the Epson website.
