ok, iam going to call her and i dont know what i should say. anyone have a good couple of line to tell her?

This is definitely the kind of thing you need to do in person. Not over the phone. Look her in the eyes and be genuine, and tell her you really like her (and specifically why). Tell her what you find beautiful about her and only her (girls love to feel unique, you need to make her feel like she's a really special girl and that there is none other like her). Be direct and tell her that you have a crush on her (don't use the word "love" this early). Then just ask her out. It sounds scary but believe me, it's worth it when you've pulled it off. Nothing beats the rush you get from having a girl accept your affections. If she says no it'll kinda suck but you'll get over it. It's well worth the risk.

But the thing is, if you try to do this over the phone, it may turn her off because this is a signal that you have no balls, and also you won't be able to read her eyes and watch her body language.
