do something to distract yourself from being depressed, try to think the bright side of every bad situations u face as everythin happens for a reason..learn to forgive urself n others mistakes so the hatred and anger in u wont stay in ya...besides there's more to life...so get over with it and move on!;)

Seriously, go see a doctor. Ther are so, soooo many kinds of mood elevating medications out there. If you ae depressed, there is no reason why you shouldn't hve some help. Get to a docor, get you some drugs girl!

Get out of the house and watch "THE PRODUCERS" starring Nathan Lane and Matthew Broderick... if that doesn't cheer you up I don't what will.
