Don't say much man! Just make a date as quickly as possible and get off the phone! I'd say you have about a 17% chance that she likes you, just because she gave you her number. If you didn't ask her for it, then the odds of her liking you go up.
There are a few reasons you need to stay off the phone. They are:
1) If you stay on the phone too long, you'll seem like you have nothing better to do.
2) Telephones cannot communicate the girl's body language to you. You need to know her body langauge to have a smooth conversation.
3) There's something psychological about phones that makes people want to talk more and more on them. That is a big no-no for talking to a girl you like, because you will eventually say too much and make her lose any respect she had for you to begin with.
Because of these huge drawbacks, limit yourself to 5 minutes tops on the phone, and only call when you're making a date. If she won't shut up, just tell her that you have to go and to save whatever she was saying for the date. Good luck!

you never know. i say just go for it and call her. she obviously wouldnt mind since she gave you the number. just talk about anything like whats been going on and ask her if she wanted to hang out.

OF CourSe you should call her. she already gave your her phone #, and might be already waiting for your call. just go ahead and call her! Just say: what you're doing today? any plans?

but U didn mention that Y she gave her number??
but if she did and and asked you to call her then you don't need to know if she likes you or not...just dial the number U'll come to know...

Igght homie you call her up and say hey sup girl and just chat it out and be like hey grl be honest do u like me or wat and then if she dont let it go if she do just play it out like any other grl whos number youve had pal!!
