Is there a Regulation or PAm or anything that tells you how a promotion packet is supposed to be put together? This is really important to me.. Thanks.

yes there is.. but you didnt mention what branch of service you are in .. it should be in your personnel references in the AF its in 36-? you can also look it up online..
