My big male Dalmatian is an awesome guard dog. But Dals aren't for everybody so don't get one unless you're absolutely sure of what you're getting into and you've done some breed research,

dogs shouldn't be trained to attack. You can have one that barks and alerts you, but you could get into loads of trouble for an attack dog, and it could be put down you know, if it bites the wrong person. My pitbull mix puppy barks at EVERYTHINg, but is very defensive, not aggressive. He will still alert me if I have a burglar. so get a gun and let your dog alert you, but not attack when it's the wrong person.

many people have big expensive dogs that turn out to be pussy cats . my preference is for something very noisy that will let you know that someone or something is snooping around . years ago i kept geese and they were the best watchdogs i ever had . noisy and aggressive .

It's called a Caucasian. Very large, naturally aggressive, no need for training.
