Would you be here if your illegal ancestor did not come to this continent in violation of the laws of the Independent Native American Nations?

How can you rationalize both benefiting for their actions and condemm those the behave in the same manner today?

“oh that was years ago....get over it....do as I say, not as I do...”
witty, I like that.

"your argument is tired. get over yourself."

That is not even an attempt at rationalization, specially for somebody who opposes so vehemently illegal immigration.

“there are NO native Americans”
A Native American is a person who’s ancestry predates the arrival of Europeans to America.

“Even then many of the Indian nations welcomed the people who came from Europe.”
Incorrect, read some history. The Spaniards were in North America almost a century before the British and the Native Americans were killing the Spaniards at every chance they got. Again brush up on your history.

“Do you realize you are not making a clear point at all?
Why don't ya pack up and move to Europe ”
The first part makes no sense, the statement is very clear. Please take the time to think.
The second part may apply to your personal situation and family history via ONE lineage, clearly not ALL of your ancestors unless all your family tree consists of fathers and daughters.

“We have rules and if you can take us with violence then bring it on, ”
I’m afraid you will have your wish granted, if the present course is maintained sooner rather than later blood will be shed and when that happens everybody will be fair game. Good Ol’ west open again. In the end though a truce will be declared and much blood shed needlesly.

“They didn't even have a written language, centralized government, - or the wheel”

Excellent response!
That said, they did have laws, even though for the most part they were not written. Some like the Aztec, the Tahuantinsuyo and a few others were written but the Spaniards burnt their documents and anything that in any way could preserve their culture so that their children could be easily controlled. That’s why we don’t know their language. Read up on the history of the Spaniard colonization of America. They did have a centralized government again read up a tad. You are right they did not have the wheel.

“Laws only matter if you can enforce them and ownership of land only matters if you can defend it. ”
And that is the jist of it all. If you can enforce it. As it stands we can not enforce our immigration laws, if we attempt to do so we will make enemies of half the nations in America, while we are deporting 12 million

12 million people we will have 1% actively fighting us a guerrilla force 120,000 strong right here in the States. Enforcing our laws will cost us dozens of times more than allowing them to stay. Our choice

Do you realize you are not making a clear point at all?

Why don't ya pack up and move to Europe if ya wanna condemn my British ancestors for coming here when America was part of Britain back after Britian bought some land off the Indians.

Not to mention other ancestors of mine came here when America was part of Britain as well as after America became a Nation but back then my Ancestors did not know if they would be Legal or Not till the Authorities at the Port said they were Legal.

Had the Port Authorities said they were Illegal they would have been shipped back to where they came from.

Nope. My weren't illegally entering this country according to the laws in effect at the time. Even then many of the Indian nations welcomed the people who came from Europe. It was only when we got to the midwest that the Souix and others wanted to get rid of whitey.

I do have a few that came over as Hessian to fight for the british against the americans but these were allowed to stay as well.

What Native American laws are you referring to? They didn't even have a written language, centralized government, - or the wheel for that matter!

But the bottom line is this: Laws only matter if you can enforce them and ownership of land only matters if you can defend it. As a nation we have immigration laws, so it is just a matter of whether we can and will enforce them. No "rationalization" is needed to do so - we just choose to do it and then do it!

My ancestors didn't come illegally. My ancestors had nothing to do with what happened to the Native Americans. We built the country and services that make this country different from the countries illegal immigrants are trying to leave. We pay for the services poor people use. We have every right to say how many poor foreigners, and which ones, we want to pay for.

I'm thinking the Indians slaughtered hundreds of men women and children crossing America to find new homes for their family's. Americans did the same to them. Americans may have been the first to kill. The Indians got $hitty deal and I doubt anyone can argue that, but we came we saw and we kicked some A$$! America belongs to Americans no matter your race color or religion. We have rules and if you can take us with violence then bring it on, otherwise stop invading us with the Mexican Trojan Horse "illegal aliens."

The same could be said if some English Orphan gets on a boat illegally and sails to America. I know that this question seems to be based on Mexico but there are other illegals.
