He wouldn't make much progress in creating a new religion if he merely said, "Yeah, that book is right."

Because Mohammad rejected most of the teachings of the New Testament, but still want to be able to claim that Isa (Jesus) was a prophet, the easiest way to do it was to simple claim that anything he disagreed with in the New Testament had been changed from the original. For example, he says that Jesus was never crucified and never rose from the dead (since he didn't die). He claims that Mary, the mother of Jesus, was the sister of Moses (although history separates those two by about 1500 years).

The facts are that the existence of the New Testament books can be dated back to within 50-60 years of the time of Christ throught quotes in letters, diaries, histories and other books. (Note that the earliest books were written about 30-35 years after the time of Christ). There still exist today fragments of manuscripts that date back to within 70 years of the time of Christ. Complete manuscripts of individual books within 100 years, and complete Bibles within 140 years (over150 years before the Nicene Council that the DiVinci Code claims altered the Bible), and 5,300 complete manuscripts within the first 1000 years. This does not include all the quotes in other literature, commentaries, study books, litergies, and more. The number of documents literally runs into the billions all across the world, including many like the manuscripts in Egypt and the Dead Sea that were not found until the 1940's and 50's. All of which would have to had been altered for the New Testament to have been changed.

It is simply impossible for the New Testament to have been altered or changed - especially in the amount Muhammed claimed (about 80-90%). The historical evidence for its accuratcy is overwhelming.

He denied Jesus Christ, the Son of God, died on the cross for His sins & rose up for His justification. He did jihad for His religion. The Bible contents conflict with His Koran.

In the jul-aug decision magazine, "The authority of the Bible. Why we can trust it, Why we must obey it." explains evidence that the Bible is correct. Just call 1-877-247-2426 for a copy. Also web site: decisionmag.org, email: decision@bgea.org

Also, Elijah was found among the dead sea scrolls & it is the same then as is today in our bibles. It is very prophetic of Yeshua Messiah. He is a proven true prophet. An old psalms dated back to around 800 -1000 AD found in an Ireland bog opened to Psalms 83 just last week & it is the same in our bibles today (web site: davidstent.org). All the oldest Bible books are the same as in our Bible today. The Spirit of Truth confirms in my spirit the Bible is true & to throw out any apocraphyl.

Back to your ? He doesn't have any justification. He is a liar. He was also confused about the trinity doctrine because of the apochraphal writings of the time. He thought the trinity was God the Father, Mother Mary & Jesus. And that is apocryphal.

The bible is the inspired Word of God & any religion that rejects God's saving grace through faith writes that the bible has been translated wrong somewhere. If you add or take away from the bible you will be found out as a liar. Both the Koran & the Mormon books write that their book is the best written ever. Maybe they are the anti-Christ spirit's best books. I doubt that also. The antichrist has many books that are deceptive by mixing truth with lies.

Mohammad did not even come along until 600 years after Christ.

We have in the Bible the reliable testimony of those who lived and spoke with Jesus personally and were eyewitnesses of his death and resurrection.

Mohammad came along 600 year later and denied both the Diety of Christ and even His death on the cross! No one except the Muslims take seriously the foolish claims of Mohammed. He did so to start a new religion. It was NOT inspired by God's Word, but rather he rejected most of Christ's teaching. So don't be fooled by the Muslim nonsense that they claim he is a prophet....
In reality they fully reject :.
1.That Christ is the Son of God, as taught by Jesus.
2. That he died on the cross and arose from the dead.
3. That Jesus is sitting at the right hand of God and Coming back as Lord and King.

The new testament was made by people not Prophets. I believe in all prophets and highly respect them. The older Bible the old around Jesus time was the most accurate. I believe in all the older Torah, older Bible and the Quran. Read the Quran for yourself and see the difference between the Bible and Torah. I am currently reading everything and open minded to all religions. I believe the Quran is of great significance. People criticize everything without reading nothing. FOR THOSE PEOPLE: READ AND LEARN. DON'T BE IGNORANT. And please, don't criticize anything without reading. For he/she whom asked the question , I ask you in a nice way, not to criticize The Prophet without reading. The first word that came down to the Prophet in the Quran was read. So see i bet most of you did not know that. Everything had wisdom. You just have to read.

He had no authority to make such an analysis of the Bible, since he was not a Christian and he was illiterate. Muhammed made teachings up as he saw fit and to his advantage. He took Catholic teachings and mixed them with Jewish and pagan teachings and concocted Islam. Since you have a computer, do some research on this and you will see.

Muhammad is the sealed of the prophets, the ring of the prophecy has been closed.

Muhammad was a normal orphan man who dosen't know how to read or write. he himself didn't know that he will one day will become the prophet of God. until he turned 40, and God picked him to be the sealed of the prophet, the comforter who will compelete the messege of God.

and before you tell me that comforter means holyspirit, then why would Jesus call it ANOTHER comforter, and why would Jesus call the holyspirit with a different name? Another means someone different.

Thanks For Your Question :)

Well prophet Muhammad peace be upon him doesn't say anything from himself as a person but from God so he obtained his reference from God himself and so his reference is reliable

But as to prove that he is saying the words of God you must examine and read what the Quraan says to judge
but for some help visit
http://thequraan.blogspot.com
http://islameveryday.blogspot.com

one last thing to say is that we don't deny that The Bible is the word of God but nowadays it containes the words of God plus the words of historians plus the words of translators so its not 100% pure from God because the human factor had got into into it.

Because Muhammed was a child raper and a murderer who used the disguise of a false religion to further his conquering of the world. Believe it. Look at the world today and see the results of his lies.

I guess God's word was good enough for Muhammad. By bible criteria, Muhammad was a false prophet.
