Their is this girl next door from me who is 15 the same age as me. She is a 11th gader and i'm a 10th grader. I really like her, but I really don't talk to her because I hung out with her brother who is really annoying. How do I ask her out (without just walking up to her and say it out of no where). What can I do?

Find a common interest, and take it from there. Perhaps you could discuss a movie you both want to see or a restaurant you both want to go to.
