We just got a puppy, how do we get her use to our other dogs?

We just got a mastiff puppy, and we have to other dogs (boxer) and our female boxer keeps barkin at her, she is animal agressive. So how do we get her use to the puppy?

We got the puppy for the boxer to play with. We have two boxers and the older one, the male, is fine with the puppy but he wont play, so we got it for the female. We just got her yesterday and last night while she was whining the female boxer was outside the door cryin.

Introduce your new puppy to other members of the pet population s-l-o-w-l-y. If there is more than one other animal in your menagerie, introduce the newcomer to one pet at a time, so you don’t overwhelm him. Let your new charge and the incumbent(s) sniff and inspect each other. They may growl and bark at first, but this may simply be a sign of insecurity.
Try reassuring all of your pets that everything’s fine. Make sure you don’t neglect them as you try to make the new pet welcome. Don’t use physical force to put the older animals in their place; this may make them wary of the new arrival. Never leave your new puppy unsupervised with any of your older pets until you’re sure they all get along well.
To cut down on sibling rivalry, let your older pets know they’re still an important part of the family and that the new puppy isn’t a replacement for them. Spend 10 to 15 minutes alone with each of pet, so that each one gets your undivided attention for a while, at least.

Just give them time the female boxer is proble just letting the little (soon to be big) Mastiff that its her house so don't get no ideas lol they will be fine. Boxers are great dogs and mastifs are as well. In time they'll be bestest buds

it take time, my cat and dog play with each other now but take it slow there gonna end up getting used to each other slowly basically your puppy wants to play and the boxer probably feels unloved like when you have kids and you bring a new baby home yea same thing

one why did you get another dog knowing the ones at home are animal aggressive hold the puppy in front of the other dogs let them sniff it and do not allow them to bite it its a puppy so the other dogs will get annoyed at first my cousin got a pit puppy and the other dogs barked at it to let know its place and make sure to pay attention to the other dogs or they will get more aggressive cuz there jealous yes dogs get jealous

Get them to play together, your puppy is new to the enviroment and your othe dog my feel like she is taking over her territory just show them love and spent time with both of them at the same time it will work out.

Little expoisure. Just do it a step at a time. Try it on a leach. I started taking my dogs to my girlfrinds to get use to her 2 dogs. So far it seems ot be working.

have her play with the dog and spend time with alot of people and other pets. She will calm down and eventually she wont mind being around different animals.

just give her time to get used to them. Let them play together, put the places they eat, sleep, and play near each other. She will get used to them once she has been there a while, but dont rush things.
