Or: "I never did hear from you."
Or even: "I have never heard about you."
The last one is closest to the literal translation into English. Like I said, its a bit ackward but: 'I have never heard about you' is probably the best translation.

"I've never heard about you."
The subject is not a definitive one. It could be he, she or you (formal singular). All those share the same form. You know it by the context.
