You might try to secure your room better. Stonger windows, sturdier door, more locks, etc. Here's a good DIY guide on things you might see about for sleeping soundly You may need some help with this sort of project though.

That of course, will only treat the symptoms, and not the disease, but lack of sleep makes everyting seem worse, so something like this could help a little. Getting over paranoia itself is a lot harder to do though. Everyone is a little paranoid, and a little is healthy... but paranoia that interferes with your daily life, and prevents you from sleeping, or dealing with your family the way you should is bad.
Voices can be a rather serious issue, worthy of psychological assistance, but in reality, about 1/3 of the population hears them at some point. You probably don't listen to your friends when they tell you to do stupid things like shave off your eyebrows, and nobody likes a trash talker. Why should voices be any different. Mentally reason out the bad advice, follow the good advice, and don't listen to the lies. Maybe the "bad" voices will change their tune after a while... maybe all the voices will go away.
A psychologist could probably help, and if you happen to be using any non-prescription drugs, you might consider switching to a different brand, or stopping, since some of those have pretty wild side-effects. I knew a nice lady that started using some OTC antihistamines and went totally psycho... I had to help pull imaginary snakes off of her one night.
15 is a ripe age for mental issues. You probably already know that your body's getting flooded with mood-altering hormones. Slight changes can lead to major side effects, so there's a chance you'll grow out of it... or grow further into it. Getting help now, while you can admit there's something strange going on is probably a good idea.
Best wishes.

If you have all these problems you have to know you are headed for serious trouble. I read some of your other questions and if you truly did what you say you did there is good reason for what you are experiencing now.
You can't punish your body as bad as you have and not expect it to fight back. The drugs you have taken are serious stuff even for just a few times.
Do you go to church? If so talk to your minister about this. He or she can help. If you have a friend you can trust tell them about this and ask them to contact someone that can help you.
I truly hope what you say here is your way of having fun with everyone but if it is really what is going on with you you MUST get help. YOU MUST.
You will sooner or later end up in a mental hospital and let's hope not after you have killed someone. Yes it can be that serious.
Do something now!

I know how you feel when I was rapped I couldn't' go to sleep I was afraid to I use to lock my doors 4 to 5 times to make sure they where locked every time my mom or dad would go in my room I would think that they knew something and where going to tell there friends or something usually this is because of something that has happened to you .. and to be honest there is nothing you can do to stop it unless you know in your heart that you want to stop and if you do then you need to make yourself believe that no of it is true . If you can make yourself believe that your mom should die then you can turn it around but you need someone to help you a really good friend or someone you care about maybe even your mom. and when you hear things telling yourself that you mom should die ask why fight against it. and If you can't do it at home then you need to see a doctor but that should be the last thing and the reason i say that is because it will be the hardest thing you have to do.

Definetly go see a counselor or therapist. If you don't try to control it now it can get out of hand. Don't feel bad about what is happening with you. If money is an issue there should be some sort of free or cheap service like a service board which will gladly help you and provide you with the help you need. Until then, try to find things to take your mind off of things. I realize this is hard, but when it happened to me (16-minus the voices) I started reading harry potter. Which helped me. Just find something that makes you feel safe. And I'm suspecting either an anxiety disorder(obvious pick) or Post Tramatic Stress Disorder. It does not just happen to Vietnam veterans. But just try to reason with yourself that nothing is going to happen to you and find an outlet. something comfortable. And good luck.

MY chum's dad has this. She hates his guts and calls him loopy. yet she merely got here upon out he had paranoia presently. Her dad somewhat feels everyone appears to be like out to get him or attempting to take his money (he's money obsessed), so he's mostly agressive to human beings he knows. yet for strangers he acts genuine impressive. Paranoia is the irrational and continual feeling that everybody appears to be like ‘out to get you’ or that you're the concern of continual, intrusive interest with suggestions from others. This unfounded distrust of others can make it confusing for someone with paranoia to operate socially or have close relationships. Paranoia ought to correctly be a symptom of countless circumstances, which includes paranoid personality ailment, delusional (paranoid) ailment and schizophrenia. the reason of paranoia is unknown yet genetics are concept to play a function. medical care relies upon on the condition clinically determined as its reason, and ought to include medical care with suggestions from psychological medical care or medicine.

You should see a professional about this. It is a serious disorder. Don't be ashamed to get help. You will be ok, but don't try to do it alone.
