Low blood pressure can affect your energy level, I'm told. Also check on your thyroid. Be sure to get 7 or 8 hours of sleep a night. I've read that many Americans are sleep deprived and consequently feel tired and run-down.
Good luck figuring it out.

I have had that same problem and went to the doctor. He explained that it could be anxiety, that something is bothering you. Or it could be the weather. Many times it is the food that you eat. The doctor suggested that I go on a high protein diet and that it will go away. After following his advice, it took a few days but I have too much energy now. I am always busy doing things and going places. I have a hard time just sitting around. I rather feel good and have lots of energy than go back to feeling drained and have no energy. Drink lots of milk, eat cheese and peanuts for a snack. I hope this helps.

Is it possible it is from the heat? I know the heat has drained me lately...or perhaps you have a mild case of something that hasn't quite taken hold. I don't know...just trying to help you figure it out. There are so many reasons for fatigue...we don't have time. I make myself take walks when I am feeling like that. Sometimes it helps...and sometimes, it doesn't. Maybe just getting out of the house for a while would be nice...a movie or something...catching up on your rest is always helpful.

You can try eating some Vitamin B12 or Biotin to boost your energy.

Maybe try eating more or sleeping 8 hours a day.

check how much sugar you're consuming in the day. sometimes, too much sugar in you're diet can make you extremely tired. i had a similar problem. i cut down on my sugar intake and it helped a bit. i'm still tired but i make sure that i don't eat too much sugar if i'm at work or going out. that way, i won't be so sleepy and tired.
