Email Logos first. Tell them that you can not use it, ask them if you can sell it, they will say yes on a email reply. Keep that email and copy it, put a copy with the software-you should have no problem selling it.

btw which one do you have?

Presbyterian Bible students use Logos-look for a school -you may can sell it there.

I don't know if they will give you a refund or if you will have any success selling it, I hear that it's good software, but you can download the e-Sword Bible Study software for free from the Free Stuff page @ http://web.express56.com/~bromar/

It's great and easy to use!
