The way it usually works in US community property states is that property owned before the marriage remains separate unless it gets co-mingled with community property. Community property is property earned by either spouse during the time the couple is married. So I would suspect that the corporation still belongs to the husband.

In most states, if he owned it before you came along, he will keep it. You might have a right to a portion of it during the time you were /are married to him. You will need to see an attourney. In a lot of places if you are capable of working, have no kids together, and have not been married for a certain lenght of time you will get nothing, because it looks like that was your purpose from the start.
