It is equal to one cup minus one tablespoon and one teaspoon. ( 2/3 + 1/4 ) x 48 teaspoons per cup = 44 teaspoons = 1 Cup - 1 Tablespoon - 1 teaspoon

The right answer is that there are FOUR TABLESPOONS in 1/4 cup. The other answers are wrong.
There are 16 tablespoons in a cup and 4 tablespoons in 1/4 cup.
A stick of butter is 1/2 cup or 8 tablespoons. There are markings on the wrapper dividing the stick into 8 sections, each 1 tablespoon.
By the way there are 3 teaspoons in a tablespoon.

4 Tbsp = 1/4 cup. I agree with the person that said to look on a stick of butter (or margarine).

Both are good for you, each fruit/vegetable has different vitamins. Therefore as more variety, as better. Vegetables have generally less sugar than fruits.
