I personally enjoy a port wine marinade existing of port wine , dice up a sweet onion( a real Vidailia if you can get it), minced garlic, a packet of MC cormicks meat marinade, a table Spoon of paprika, and a packet of southwestern or spicy Caribbean cook on the grill to how you like it and go to heaven.
