when you want a guy to notice you DONT go out on a limb and do all these crazy things just to get them to notice you (personal experience). that way.. they'll never get to know the REAL you!! i know you've probably heard this a lot, but be yourself! if he doesnt like you for who you are then you know hes not Mr.Right. To keep them interested, be fun, make funny comments (not rude) make him laugh, compliment him on his style, hair. that way, he feels all his attention on him and feels special. Ask him for his hobbies and families, he'll know your REALLY interested then. keep eye contact and smile occasionaly!

if i were you though[not to be rude] i would just tell him that he is a guy i am interrested into and that i really like him and you probaly take the time to get to know each other

The relationship can or connot last long depending on how far apart they are. If you want to hang out with him, maybe some of his friends can join you and some of your friends so that it won't be uncomfortable and yuo get to hang out
