What does this mean? And what branch of the military is it from? Serious answers only PLEASE

Im not sure what branch its from but i think its for all of them, MIA means missing in action and pow means prisoner of war. Hope this helps somewhat.

When I was younger, and the Vietnam war was going on, they had POW/MIA bracelets. It was a plain metal band that had the name of a POW or MIA, and you were supposed to wear it until they came home, one way or another.
