Some you can. Some you can't. Take HIV, just to look at someone you can't tell. Now herpes, you can tell if they are active (have sores... down there) but even that's not a 100 percent for sure way to tell. Genital warts... well, that one you can tell by looking. Best advice I can give is if your not sure, wrap it up.

Not always. Have that person get tested to be for sure. From personal experience I went to a doctor I have never seen before becuz I was out of town. Anyway he just ask me a few questions and was like okay that sounds like a yeast infection... and prescribed me some cream. A week went by and the cream did not help any. I got back into my town and went to my regular doctor of 3 years. Turned out i had a curable std... but had i not got checked..... lets not think about it. The point is you NEVER REALLY NOW UNTIL YOU ARE FULLLLLLLY TESTED. Don't take the chance. there is some **** out there that is not curable and that you can die from. Be careful and good luck.

Most of the time you can't tell. Thats why you should always protect yourself. Not only that but know who your partner really is. You can get certain STD's even if you use a condom, from skin to skin contact. If your in a relationship you'll feel so much better if you and your partner get tested together. It's really not that scary and clinics offer free testing sites. It could save you from a life full of misery!!

Well if the sausage you are stroking & contemplating choking on is oozing pus & is discolored then that is a good sign. Anyone in chronic ill health might be carryinh something but you will never be certain without a test.
