You are drawn to the fact that this guy treats your friend so well and you wish you could be treated that way too. It's bound to happen. My gf hangs out with very attractive people, and I like them all. Nothing bad is going to happen though, cuz I love my gf the most.

i've done that once, but it made the friendship kind of awkward for me, but i don't think it means anything except you have a crush on their bf or gf just don't ask them out, dangerous for the friendship
