There are hundreds of languages in the world and unless God is multi-lingual, communication will be difficult. His son did not speak English, so neither shall He (or She...). To my best opinion, Hebrew. Please share your comments.

I believe that God would understand and communicate in any language but I do believe that Hebrew language is God's language- the language that He origionally gave His people- unlike any other language each letter is wrought with meaning and when you look at the name of Yeshua and other Biblical names and places in the original Hebrew rather than English, they take on a deeper and more meaningful meaning.

Theoretically, if there were a 'God' of course, He would have to speak every language the ever was, is, and ever will be. After all, if He created humans, He would have had to have created their language as well, right?

If you've read the bible, at one point the disciples speak to a crowd and everyone in the crowd hears them speaking in their own language. I imagine that's what it would be like.

We can talk to God in any language. Even in a language that we can't understand it. I mean the language that it doesn't have any meaning for us, but it has meaning for our soul.
I talk to God in Farsi. The unique language that I can talk about all of my feelings in that.
