There are plenty of 'things' for penal enlargements out there... ranging from pills to suction machines. Whether they work or not, I don't know. Let's say it's not going to make it much longer...say 1 to 2 inches. If you're a sixer let's say, then that brings you into the good eight'er range. If you're a two incher, then another two isn't going to do much.
The whole thing is to get the blood vessels in your penis to be larger so they're engorged with blood more for a longer effect. You won't actually gain mass from any of these devices... at least I don't think...

there are many things that dont work, but there is also a surgery that does enlarge the exterior of the penis but it cost s lot of money and it takes time for it to work properly.

Penal enlargement would refer to the prison system...penile enlargement is upsizing the male sex organ...yes, the latter is possible...do some research online (surgical implants)...

It's actually a surgery and it is very dangerous and unreliable! Don't do it! Every penis out there can give a girl pleasure, as long as she loves the man it's connected to.
