2 bananas (skinned / cut to pieces)
200 cc skimmed milk
3 tablespoon plain yoghut
2 tablespoon honey
Blend with a blender...!
(i like to put a bit of dark rum in this Smoothy too)

1 large Mango (stoned and sliced)
150 cc orange juice (freshly sequeezed)
2 teaspoon of icing sugar (if the mango isn't sweet enough)
a few drops of fresh lemon juice
3 tablespoon of plain yoghut
<<<<<< Mix Berries Smoothy >>>>>>>>
150 g Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries (fresh or frozen)
150 cc orange juice
1 scoop of Strawberry ice-cream (or frozen yoghut)

200 g Melon (sliced)
100 cc orange juice (fresh) or apple juice (canned one)
1 scoop of melon ice-cream or 100 cc plain yoghut with some icing sugar
The following 2 are not fruity but I like them very much, even as in winter after a heavy meal!
<<<<<<<< Coffee Smoothie >>>>>>>>
50 cc black coffee (cooled)
2 teaspoon of brown sugar (melted with coffee then set cool)
150 cc skimmed milk
3 tablespoon
1 scoop of coffee ice-creem
1 teaspoon of brandy
<<<<<<<< Peppermint and Celery Smoothy >>>>>>>
30 g fresh Peppermint leaves (chopped)
3 stalks of Celery (sequeeze the juice with a electrical juicer)
1/2 fresh lime juice (freshly squeezed)
2 tablespoon icing sugar
1 scoop of lime sherbet
2 - 3 ice cubes
Blend all ingredients with a blender
Enjoy!

Get equal parts strawberries and raspberrys (however many you want), add about a half cup of milk, maybe a quarter cup of orange juice if you want to even out the sweetness with a little zing.
A good way to find the perfect smoothie is to start out small, then add flavors as you go. Maybe add just strawberries and milk, and if that's not good enough add sugar, orange juice, raspberries, peaches, maybe even some ice cream. For the perfect smoothie though, I always use frozen fruits. They're already cold and blend up a lot better then the fresh stuff, which tends to be mushy.

Peach Cinnamon Smoothie
2 ripe peaches
2 cups nonfat plain yogurt
3 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup ice cubes
Directions
In a 2 to 3-quart pan over high heat,bring about 1 quart water to a boil. Immerse peaches in boiling waetr for 15 seconds; drain.
When peaches are cool enough to touch, in 1 to 2 minutes, peel, pit, and cut into chunks. In a blender, combine peaches, yogurt, brown sugar, and cinnamon; whirl on high speed until smooth, about
1 minute.
Add ice and blend until smooth, about 2 minutes longer.
Food Fact: Cinnamon is one of the oldest spices used by humans.

This recipe isn't a normal smoothie, it is super smooth and it is LOW FAT
1 (6 or 8 oz) container of yogurt
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
A drizzle of honey
1/4 tea-spoon of vanilla extract

mix milk with banana a bit of suger a cup full of ice, straberry and or rassberry. Put it in a liquifier ans then drink up

I like to use strawberries, orange juice, maybe a little coconut, and a few ice cubes. Throw them in the blender and enjoy!
