Good point. Christians mistakenly believe in free will, although that is a oxymoron where a being of omnipotence and omniscience is involved.

There is no god, so we do have free will. If there was a god, we wouldn't have free will. Pretty simple.

God is all knowing, but he doesn't know what choices will be made? How stupid and contradictory is that. God is either all knowing, in case he knows *EVERYTHING* including the choices people will make before they make them or he isn't. You can't have it both ways.

How can it be a test when he already knows the outcome?

It's good that you know that this 'sending unbelievers to hell' stuff is BS. That is one of the most troubling parts of today's and yesterday's religions. Whether or not you choose to believe in any of the forms of religion that exist in the world, or any of the many concepts of God, matters not to the Creator. You are just as real to the Creative Force, now matter what you believe, and infact the freedom you were given to explore any form of perception is the essence of your purpose. You were created before birth and were completely aware of the truth of who you are in relationship to the Creator, and then you, like most, incarnated into a civilization that has amnesia, and has had to invent religion to cope with the devastating affect of not remembering or knowing how to access our direct connection to the Creator from within. Everyone experiences this illusion of separation in their own way. Some simply choose not to believe that the Creator exists at all. All of this is about to change though, as the conditions of separation are lifted, and we begin to consciously remember who we are as a collective experience. This is already happening. You purpose will be revealed to you in time, and the more you seek it, the faster you will find it. The truth wants to be revealed. Even if you die a nonbeliever, you would still be cared for and guided to return to your home in the realms of light and illuminated truth. Your memories and experiences are valuable to the Creator, which is why it is important to do good and enjoy life while you are here. I highly recommend a book called The Key which you can find at www.unknowncountry.com

Maybe because he liked the way you think;)

And who knows... maybe you won't die a nonbeliever. Either way, he gave everyone free will and choice. You could ask the same question as to if he knew that someone he put on this earth would kill 15 children, why did he do it? Maybe because EVERYONE has a choice. You are born with 2 options... we get to decide.

I really don't know for sure but I know that if I wanted to become a crack head or hurt someone right now I could. But the question is whether I will choose to or not. And I choose not to.

lol i love how atheists think .. its all so logically funny
nice one don xx

OK added info since you asked .. i don't believe in hell anyway so if there is a god ( i believe there is ) then he put you here like the rest of us , to live and learn and be just who you are through the experiences in your life
i don't believe we get off with our wrong doings though but on the balance of things our good would outweigh the bad for the majority of us anyway.. and not believing in god isn't something i personally feel you have to do and wont go against you cause your probably a good guy
have a read at Conversations with God by Neale Donald Walsh for a different way to view God ...not saying your gonna become a believer but its very interesting and well worth a read

God gives everyone a free will to accept or reject the salvation that is found in His Son Jesus. Even though He knows what you choice will ultimatly be, he would'nt be giving you a choice if He sent you straight to Hell. Why not choose salvation now in Jesus and start living life like God intended you to live it! I did almost 30 years ago and I'm glad I did! I think you are not far from the Kingdom of God, I'll be praying for you..

he thought maybe you could figure out that you will never be happy without a relationship with Him. How could anyone not see God's presence? Albert Einstein when observing the laws of physics was so amazed he said that there had to be a higher power, these laws could not have just materialized without a higher intelligence. We can't see the wind but understand it's presence by the symptoms. So just because we can't see God doesn't mean he is not there.

aberration. Generally trees bear fruits, the flowers bloom, the winds move smoothly. .

This is a temporary world and every thing here has a time limit. When its times comes it will die, come to an end and finish. Neither the good things of this world are forever, nor the bad things eternal. We are here for a short time and we are being tested. Those who will pass this test they will find an eternal world that is perfect and permanent. Those who will fail this test they shall see the evil consequences of their sins and corruption.

If you die a non-believer God did not twist your arm, you did so willingly. When asked what to do the Apostles replied "repent and believe" and it still goes today. As far as the sovereign ways of God is it really so hard to believe that He is far greater than we can fathom and that He can be sovereign yet we be responsible? No one will ever go to hell that truly turns to Christ, that is our responsibility and any who refuse can't say God made me do it.

Good, you know that it is only God who can let you dis-believe. Have ever played a game in which you have create a home, streets, trees, place the cars, men, woment, market etc.... GOD also is playing games like that. He made you aethiest to find what happens with aethiests.

GOD IS ALL KNOWING BUT HE DOES NOT KNOW THE CHOICES A PERSON WILL MAKE.
HERE IS THE BEST EXAMPLE OF THIS:
Ge 22:10 And Abraham stretched forth his hand, and took the knife to slay his son.
Ge 22:11 And the angel of the LORD called unto him out of heaven, and said, Abraham, Abraham: and he said, Here am I.
Ge 22:12 And he said, Lay not thine hand upon the lad, neither do thou any thing unto him: for now I know that thou fearest God, seeing thou hast not withheld thy son, thine only son from me.
SEE GOD SAID ( FOR NOW I KNOW THAT THOU FEAREST GOD ) GOD DID NOT KNOW THAT ABRAHAM WOULD GO ALL THE WAY.
