is this a fact that older women in their 30's or 40's are more sexually experienced than woman that are in their 20's or younger?

Typically yea that's true but that's a bad stereotype.
The reason is that older woman have FINALLY gotten comfortable with their bodies and are willing to share it with someone. Sex for women is very involved, mentally and physically so it they're not into you mentally, they're not gonna have a good time having sex with you. And why would you do something if it's not a good time?
Women in their 20's (typically) still have that idea in their head that sex is wrong unless you're married. It doesn't seem enjoyable to have this huge rod being jammed into their vagina and a lot of them don't know how their sexual organs work to have it be satisfying. Then they have sex...Next they have good sex. So as they get older they experience more, learn more and become comfortable with their sexuality.
So...DATE OLDER WOMEN. THEY"RE AWESOME and they know how to treat a man.
