I was at the dr yesterday, he just seemed concerned, but not overly concerned about the swelling but did give me prescriptions for diuretic and potassium.I have taken as prescribed, But I dont see any difference in the way the look and feel.. he said to give it 3 days and if still not well get back with him on Monday, I was just wondering what could have caused this to happen?

You really should head to the emergency room! It may be possible that you are retaining water and that could be for a number of medical reason, diabetes, heart problems, high blood pressure. Please go get checked out ASAP!

Are you diabetic?

I had this problem 2 years ago and my dr did not seem to worry about it.Now I have a condition that may cost me my leg.I will eventually have to have surgery for this.It has caused a deformity.
I hope this is not your problem but If it lasts much longer, see a diabetic dr.
Sleep with a pillowq under your legs at night.
SEE ANOTHER DOCTOR.

This sounds too serious to be diagnosed by strangers - so why are you here? Go see a doctor soon!
