Simple question: How do I unlock itunes file?

Had new hard dive installed. Have a G4 MAC. My itunes is locked and I am experiencing short term memory (in my head). Can you help me figure it out??

You have to verify that you were the one who purchased them by entering your name and password when asked to verify.
