Some one hit my car, left a note with there name, licence number, and phone number, they agreed to pay for the damage but now that i have two quotes they don't want to pay. I now need to send them a Letter of demand, but I'm not sure how to write it, can any one help me please!, or is there one on line i can copy. thanks

I found these directions and sample letter and thought they might be of help. LawDepot.com also has a form letter that you can fill out, but to print it, I think you have to pay $10.

Your insurance company has much more insurance than you ever will. The literally do this every day.
