everday nomatter what im doing i always get destacted by stuff even if its the smallest thang help me plz

Ok, this I might can help you with. I have ADD and get distracted easily as well. It's annoying.

Some of the symptoms of ADD (not everyone has all the symptoms)

1) Easily distracted
2) Starts many projects, but rarely finishes any
3) Disorganized - no matter how hard you try to organize things, files, ect. it might only stay that way for a week.

4) Can get bored easily unless it's a topic you're really into, then you may study it until it's an obcession.

5) In school could have a messy desk, told didn't pay attention in class, might have done the homework, but lost it before it ever got to class. Often looses pencils, paper, ect, needed for school.

6) Mind is usually racing, thinking of many things at once. (example...when I'm driving I'm thinking of where I'm going, what I'm going to feed my son for dinner, what I might do a few days from now, what I might wear tomorrow, ect. More than one thought..usually 50 at once)

There are also ADD checklists to be found online. If any of these symptoms sound like you, then talk to your dr. I was on Stratera for a while, but had to go off of it because it made me tired. If it is ADD, medicaiton can help. I was able to focus much better. There are many other ways to help ADD if it is that. I learned to help myself via mediation. It helped calm my mind so I could sleep at night.

probably not. you see there is so much stuff going on in the world that it is easy to get distracted. once, many years ago, the world was a lot simpler. things were calm and , there wasn't so much on t.v. and things were at a slower pace. you could take your time to think about things. now you read with the t.v. on or lots of people eat or talk on the phone while they drive. try doing just one thing at a time. if your distractions cause you not to be able to function then maybe you could talk it over with your doctor. life goes by fast enough don't try to hurry it.just slow down and enjoy the little things life has in store for you...

You may have. Try focusing really hard but if you still get distracted then, I would see a doctor.

no such thing as add. just something doctors and counselors made up when the couldn't understand why people got bored or restless.

Me Too.

When I am doing Homework, I just can't concentrate on it. It takes me all day to do it. I must have ADD.
