I'm just curious, does anyone believe in past lives? I do. I know it might sound weird, but when I go vist old historical houses I feel a weird connection. And I've always had an intrest in life back in the 17th century and stuff like that. I don't know what that means, or if it means anything.

Reincarnation is a natural law which most people are not aware of. I was a kid like the ones described by Dr. Ian Stevenson http://www.childpastlives.org who came into the world with memories of my most recent life, which was between the early 1900s and the mid 1930s. When I began talking, I often insisted to my mom that I had "another mother" and I wanted to know why she wasn't there with me. And when I began walking, I slipped out the back door toward the woods, determined to find my way back home. I always knew my name and many details of my life, and some of the circumstances around my death. I knew nothing about reincarnation at that time, and I can remember feeling so confused when I was very young, wondering if I was the only person in the world who had "come back" in a new body. I felt that I had been cursed by 'God' to reincarnate, when no one else had.

It's my belief that one of the reasons I remember this past life is to have the opportunity to share the experience with others and let them know that reincarnation is real - whether they believe it or not. It's a message of hope, and it's the Rosetta Stone that clarifies 'God' in ways that no religion could ever do.

I have researched this most recent past life of mine and proved beyond all doubt to myself and those who know me that the memories I was born with are genuine recollections of myself in another time and place - but proof wasn't necessary - I've always *known* I was here before.

P.S. Re that "man dies once" biblical misinterpretation, see http://www.jjwritings.com/books/reincarnation_and_the_bible/index.html

i personally am on the fence with past lives .. and i definitely do not like the idea of regression as it can open up a whole can of worms
i do feel that yes some may have lived before in another life .. i cannot say no as i have heard too many great examples of such
i do feel though that there are other ways they may receive this past life information ..
it may be a psychic link to the past via a place etc
it may be just an affinity with a place or time
it may be we are being influenced with spirit guides/guardians who have existed in such times
it may be tapping into a universal consciousness
i do not doubt that something strange is going on ... just exactly what i cant say

The question I have is where were you before the 17th century and after. There is one soul for one body no past life. Genesis 2: 7 And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul. The soul will live forever but in a different body than what we have now. If you have believed and trusted that the Lord Jesus Christ died for your sins then you will spend eternity in heaven in a glorified body. Philippians 3: 21 Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself. If you have rejected what the Lord Jesus Christ did for you then you will spend eternity in hell. Mark 9: 44 Where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched.

I think i lived in the 60s, i have the most weird connection to the music back then. Whenever i hear it, i just want to stop everything. Needless to say, sometimes i feel like i have done somethings am doing for the first time, but then again it could be the world of dreams we can not recall or God forgot to completely erase the hard drive.

It doesn't mean anything, but it's fun.
I know I have a past life, but it's the same life I've been having only part of it has passed, and that's where the word past comes from...same word different spelling.

I also have a future life, and that always starts tomorrow. Oh I can hear you saying "Duh!" Okay be that way.

I sorta do. I haven't had any past life experiences, but I have an odd interest in WWII and the age of the Vikings. It would be nice if it was true.

Yes, I do - I first heard about reincarnation as a young child and I immediately believed it.
