What are some practical ways to get a girl to go out with you in 28 days?

I recently went out with this girl to the movies. Things went well and she said I could call her anytime and we could hang out. Could she be saying she just wants to be friends? She doesnt have a BF, but she starts school in approximately 28 days. I would like to establish a relationship before she starts school. Any ideas of how I can show my affection towards her and possibly find out if she is interested would help. I would rather not rush things and answers with "just ask her out" as the main subject are not appreciated. ty.

She is going to school where I live (she's not moving) and there something funny i feel that I'm not sure if its love but Its not just I want to go out with her for the experience (and I'm not in it for the physical aspects AKA sex, kissing, etc.) I just thought it would be easier to start something now rather than when she's busy with school.

Typically, when girls leave for school they don't want to deal with a long distance relationship. It requires a lot of effort. Instead, they want to focus on their education.

Still, you can make the most of the remaining 21 days. if you spark her interest then maybe she'll be there for you next summer too.

Long distance relationships are tough if not impossible.
What I'd do is wait for her to come back and until then go out when shes visiting keep it light until its actually an option.

However, if you're not really serious about her and you, just out with it. Ask her to dinner U pay for that and a couple of apple martinis, bada bing, you're in like flint.
