I made mine own! We used Marge and Homer Simpson. We got the base at Michael's in the cake decorating section hot glued them onto the base. I also hot glued ribbon around the the bottom of the base for a little something extra. It came out wonderful and everyone loved it!

go to the craft store and go into the cake section. Most craft stores have a section for people who make their own cakes. Im sure they would have a plain stand that you could use to make the base of the cake topper. You could probably hot glue the figurines onto that, and then add some pretty beads, or lace around the edges... and it would look just as good, and cost MUCH less!

good luck!!

just have the person who is decorating the cake put on some frosting flowers on the top lay\er and put the topper there.

Or get some lovely flowers to top the cake

It doens't have to get expensive.
