Definitely too young. A 14 year old needs to be thinking about school and their future, n ot sex. If you have sex, you have to accept the responsibilites that come along with it: emotional part of it, making sure both of you use birth control (even that isn't foolproof against pregnancy and STDs), possibly getting pregnant and not being emotionally ready for it even though the body is, possibly getting STDS, which last a life time--not just for a little while, how you would feel afterwards knowing that you gave up your virginity and your body to someone that will, probably, leave after having sex with you, etc.

Do you really want to be a teen parent, having to give up school and your life for the next 18-21 years? Do you really want STDs that last a lifetime?

You are still very young at 14. Please wait until you are a mature and responsible adult (over 18, have a job, live on your own, etc) to make such a grown up decision. By your asking this question, I think you already know the answer because you seem to be doubting if 14 is too young or not.

Girlfriends and boyfriends will come and go in your life, but giving up your body and virginity to someone who could easily leave afterwards won't ever go away and you will feel awful after once they do leave. PLEASE don't believe someone if they say that they will stay IF you have sex with them. It is only a way to have sex with you, then they leave you. And guys will NOT die if they don't have sex. That is just another way for them to get sex.

Good luck. I do hope that you make the responsible decision NOT to have sex at 14. It won't be long before you are out on your own and can make these type of grown up decisions.

You know what no i do not think that 14 is to young to have sex. I know plenty of people "girls" that have had sex when they were like 12 13 14. I think that we should be able to what ever they want.

YES!!! you have only a very small concept of what it means to be in a sexual relationship. The emotions are that cpnnected with a sexual relationship are really huge and you need life experience to deal with them. I would suggest stop trying to grow up to quick, leave all the stress that goes with being sexually active till you've lived a little.

Good luck

PS if you are going to have sex, go on the pill or use condoms...BE SAFE!!

Yes! Educate yourself on the subject. There are many consequences. Also any guy, now will just use you. Your too young and stay away if you don't want to get hurt. You have your whole life ahead so for now just enjoy your age safely.

ABSOLUTELY yes you are too young. I have a question for you. Are you ready to be a momma and have the responsibility of raising that child and putting its needs before yours? Do you want to have to quit school and have no education and have no job skills? I had my first child at 16 and I dont regret having him, but I sure wish I had waited for a longer time. I missed out on my teen years, do you want that to happen to you??????

Yes. It might be tempting, but it won't mean anything if you do and you always risk pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases that can kill. It is a great feeling to be able to wait and be with the person who you want to marry. Instead of thinking about sex, go to the gym or join a sports team.

Its definitely too young, you swhould talk with someone like a school counciller etc. Dont go doing anything now that you will almost certainly regret later on. Wait, wait a little more and then wait again..

Yes. Sex changes everything. It make relationships more intense, more difficult, and more serious. You should wait for someone you really love and whom you love in return.

I was 18 when I had sex for the first time. It was a casual, one night stand. I really wish I had waited.

Sex at 14?

The thing is, 15 year olds tend not to make very good parents.

Enjoy kidhood for another few years, for cryin' out loud.

Once it's gone, it's gone for good.
