Well from the information you gave this person already is working. So they can get some form of work. Having a felony conviction will hurt when it comes to some jobs but there are people out there who give others a chance. Would I date a person with a felony conviction? I might, if they had truly turned their life around and was committed to staying straight.

It really depends on what the felony might have been. If a guy got caught shoplifting, but was truly sorry, then I would understand. But on the other hand, if a guy was a murderer or some kind of internet predator, there is no way I would even consider it. Nothing good would come from it, even if they had turned their life around. It would be awkward, and hard to discuss with the person. Good question.

it depends on what the person did, and if the person has 'decided' to better him/herself or if its just a 'try'.
There are people who will give someone like that a chance and they believe that people can change but the person needs to prove that he/she has changed. and then theres people who think one mistakes intentional or unintentional is unforgivable and will judge the person on the bases of that one thing. you'll find both kinds of people, just remember to take in the positive and project the positive.
yes, it is a lil hard to find a job because employers, especially well establish firms and companies don't care about giving people chances. But if one wants to he/she can turn their life around, it takes hard work and a lot of patience but it can happen

#1 depends on the fellony
#2 depend on the honesty about all to do with that fel
#3 depends on your reg personality
#4 depends on how long its been since this life change
#5 jobs are hard to come by in the first place, if you give in to your "former felon" title, youre not a good pick to begin with, make it for you first, then see about dating later

everybody deserves a second chance in life.
no exceptions. i made mistakes in my life, and though people like family or whatever may carry that stigma for u, may never allow u to forget it, u yourself carry on and give yourself a second chance. so if u believe in the guy, give him a chance.
it will be hard, a criminal record always sends red flags, but keep trying.
