My dad said no because i am Muslim. My parents always say no and i hate that.

If you do more research on a certain kind of dance, maybe they will reconsider it. I am not too familiar with the muslim faith...but parents are parents and if you show them that you are interested and you would like to try dance lessons. My best advice would just to be to do more research and sit them down and discuss everything with them and make some good points why you would like dance lessons.

Try to do it with your friends, but of course, respect your culture regarding clothing and behavior... That sucks because it's going to restrict your allowable dances...

Technically, you're not taking dance classes if you're with your friends even if you dance, and thus you learn, and you didn't technically defy your dad...

does it cost money? plus it might be cause your muslim..no offense. I tried going to dance class and my mom said no. Even though ther was nothing wrong.

Respect their wishes until you turn 18, at least when it comes to
dance lessons.
