I'm curious of your age? As you sound young, you need to talk to your doctor about this. Depression can start at a young age and it needs to be dealt with. If you leave it unchecked for too long, it can sometimes become a life long problem. Go and talk to a doctor!

You probably are one of those people that don't trust many people. You find comfort in your OWN thoughts and opinions maybe because you're a deep thinker or just because you don't fully value other people's opinions. If these assessments are correct...don't feel bad. Go ahead and cry if you need to in private...I would be willing to bet that you feel 100% better after you're done crying, eh? Sometime down the road you will find someone that is your "soul mate" as far as friend or lover and you will be able to confide in them...ending the breakdowns.

When you keep things in, after a while you will explode (at probably the littlest thing) and you could end up having a nervous breakdown. .
Talk to a therapist. They are the most qualified to know what to say and how to help you. There are reasons you have these emotions and reasons you choose to keep them bottled in. A therapist will help you through that.
Get a journal, write things down, don't keep things bottled in.

its okay just cry it all out its better that way i did that when i was 12 - i was under a lot of stress because of getting into a good highschool...etc..and i usually slept at around 2 and i always woke up early to go to school...i was busy 24/7 every single day of the week..but i don't do that anymore i think it's jsut stress besides crying is good for your health- it excercise for your eyes and it lets go of the bottled things inside and according to stuff i've read women live longer because they're not afraid to show their emotions like for example crying

WRITE POETRY. ITs the best thing for letting emotions out.
Instead of crying or something like that, just WRITE IT ALL down! And put your words into a poetic form and you will feel better about yourself.
Im serious. I do it all the time and it always works for me.

As soon as she said that I clicked on your question. She says you can talk to her at musha9278@yahoo.com. Put in your header shoulder to cry on so she won't trash it.
