i noticed here in america the asian women dont be dating the asian dudes. i wonder why. and i know we'll get a lot of small penis answers, but seriously why?

Because they think that dating people of other races will make them better. It will undue their shame of being borned asian. Don't let things of that sort bother you. My advices to you are trust in god, love yourself, be happy with yourself and someday you'll find someone who is not bigot, look beyond the negative stereotyping and truly love you.

They would like to go out with someone different. I know an Asian family who did not want their kids to hang out with other Asians. So they hung around with white kids with the filthiest language, but the parents thought that was ok.

Asian men tend to be selfish and domineering, much like American women. American men and Asian women is the ethnic combination with the lowest divorce rate. There is an old saying, "If you treat and Asian woman good, she'll treat you better." I would add that if you treat an American woman good, she'll take your house! The penis thing is irrelevant, since Asian women have smaller vaginas, just as black women have bigger vaginas.
