different people have it different times depending on how much knowledge they have about sex and when they start discovering about the human body and how it works then he would have his wet dream once he has had his first wet dream it means that he is able to produce sperm which can make a woman pregnant once it comes into contact with her body

Why are you worried about this. When it happens it will happen. If you have an open relationship and he can confide in you he will tell you. Should he be brought up shame based you wont hear hide or hair of it. If is not important unless you want to know if the equipment is working. If he has a "wet dream" it is.

I'm trying to think my first one was around 12. But every boy is different, and everyone developes at different rates and different speeds. Just like when he was an infant, some infants his age probably was ahead and behind certain stages in his life.

sitting down and talking to him about everything could be the best thing you could do. You and him might be uncomfortable, but he will appreciate it later. Plus, you might be surprised how much he already knows about all that kinda stuff.

When ever. There is no set standard. Males reach puberty at different ages, some as early as 10, some not til 14 or so.

though it is not necessary that your son should have wet dreams, it may happen at any age after he is 10

its possible he wont have any at all.... but around when puberty hits (ages 13-15 for boys).
