i have spent all day trying diffrent programs to have my windows movie maker (mm) but none will play on my dvd play any ideas? or tuts or ne thing like that to get it to work right?

Well im assuming you are burning it to a CD? Make sure it is a DVD-R recordable blank disk. Burning it on a CD-R will cause it to malfunction and not play the video. Or your DVD player does not support burned DVD's. In any case, just use powerpoint rather than that.

First of all, have you converted your movie into DVD file format? After that I believe it is quiet easy to burn it to a DVD writable cd and make it play. Make sure you have the Video_TS and Audio_TS files. If you don't know what I am talking about then contact me and I'll see if I can help you with more details. I burnt a full length movie (about 2 hours) and it took me about 15 hours or so to convert it using TMPEG. Now I found a better way to do it without the hassle.
