It's called statutory rape when one of the two involved is underage. Leave him alone.

You leave him alone. Sorry, but just acting your age doesn't make this okay. And are you sure that when you say he acts your age, that maybe you aren't acting like a middle school kid???

Ignore him. That could get you arrested. Its one thing to get involved w someone else in high school who is younger than you, but middle school? That's WAY to much of an age difference. Sorry, but you'll have to wait-- once he's 18 he's game, but he might not be quite as mature as you once thought.

You keep looking until you find a guy that is closer to your maturity that is also your same age. At that point in life, that is too big of an "experience" gap, let alone age.

UMM stay away from him! You can go to jail for that and get in lots of trouble. Try to find someone your own age that acts his own age.

I'm sure he's a great KID, and will still be a great guy when he's 18. Go to college, see if you can't find someone you like equally as much there (not your teachers though)

The funny thing is, with the way the statutory rape law is worded, a female cannot commit statutory rape. The law usues the pronouns 'he' and 'she' and it says that he has to be older than her. This doesn't mean that I would encourage you having sex with him. Just because he acts as old as you doesn't mean anything. He is still a minor and you still have his parents to deal with.

Say no and go.....steer clear of this little boy....if he claims something happen, you can be labeled a sex-offender for LIFE.
Please find someone that is truly your age or older than you.....
