First it depends on age if your talking about having a fear of your first kiss and thinking that maybe you wont know how to act to it then that's normal everyone has gone through that .and that's not so hard to get over.first make sure its some one you don't mind being around as a good friend and remember you don't have to French kiss the first time around .And remember when its the right time for you then it will come natural and you wont be scarred and if your a grown person then maybe you might want to talk to therapist it might be some thing from your past that needs to be resolved .

I infer your phobia has nothing to do with germs and the fear of catching the bubonic plague. So if it is not a germ issue, then it is not a phobia, it has to be another issue, and that issue is this: Some families show affection with hugs but not kisses. Some families don't show outward affection at all. Children grow up and kissing becomes something strange. That is what you get if a child grows up having never been made to kiss his parents or grandparents. The problem is that the person grows up not used to kissing. That is not how he shows affection. Well, everyone can change. You have to be flexible. You might meet a someone that is used to kissing and wants kissing to prove your love. So start kissing your parents and tell them out loud you love them. Kiss your brothers and sisters. They probably will think you are weird but it will improve things if you don't overdo it and you do it when the occasion is perfect for it. Don't hold back. In time kissing loved ones will be second nature. I hug to show my affection mostly. So I understand how the way you are raised makes a huge difference, but I have to be flexible and adjust my behavior to meet the needs of special people in my life. Respect others. If they don't want to be kissed, don't. If they want to be kissed, then kiss, and don't hold back.

You can have a phobia about just about anything. A suggestion on getting over yours is with someone you absolutely trust going very slowly a little at a time. Depending on how severe it is it may take a few weeks. Half the battle is wanting to overcome it.

yes ! phobia can be related to anything.
you may think that you may got infected if you kiss your partner or anything else.
to get rid of this phobia try kissing with one of your best friend and tell him/her about your fear.clean your teeth/ask your partner to clean teeth before you start.

You eat when your hungry and sleep when you're tired. Why kiss if you don't want to. It's not a phobia ... you just don't wanna. There ain't nuthin' wrong with that.

Try practicing on your self while dreaming about the boy you like.

If it turns you on, than you are OK.

I think you are just nervous though
