It can. The Eustachian tubes from your ears end in your throat, so if you're draining some foul stuff or if the germs migrate there, it'll cause swelling and a blocked ear feeling. The same medicine that clears your sinuses should help with your ears, but if it's bacterial, you may need antibiotics.

YES, I hate it, my sinusitis always has my left ear sounding like a sock is in it. Most of the time I take over the counter Allegra to help keep it from being completely blocked. Am not crazy about surgery to open up the middle ear to allow it to drain.

Yes, what everyone said. I had a horrible sinus infection a year ago. It didn't block my ears but gave me the worst headache and then pnemonia. I have never felt so bad in my life.

Sure does.... when I have a sinus infection my whole head stops up and headaches and drainage from everywhere; ear wax included! Sometimes I just want to stick a stick of dynamite in my ears and blow up my head to get some relief.

Yes. I had a sinus infection a few years ago and couldn't hear a thing. It was so annoying and frustrating.

yes, when I would have a stuffy nose I would blow it and my ears would block.

Yes it can and it can be discomforting. Usually a DR. will give you meds for that.
